Our mission is to maintain and strengthen Santa Cruz County as a desirable place to live, to deal with
the fiscal challenges ahead, involve more citizens, strengthen long range, emergency and community planning, develop better
ways of resolving conflict to reduce expensive litigation, help implement effective ways of combating gang violence,
and help develop affordable housing.

As a mediator, my goal will be to resolve conflict through reaching
a consensus around the critical issues we face.
